Olivarez Madruga is pleased to announce the elevation to partnership of Christine K. Hsu.
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine and Northeastern University School of Law, she was admitted to practice in California in 2008. Ms. Hsu joined Olivarez Madruga as an associate in 2011. Her practice includes municipal law, civil litigation, and general education law. Her focus is on labor and employment matters including labor relations, collective bargaining, administrative hearings, and defense of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and due process claims. Ms. Hsu has several years of litigation experience as a prosecutor, both at the trial and appellate level, successfully winning both bench and jury trials and defending appeals in the Third and Fifth Appellate Districts of California.
