Chelsea M. Scharf
Prior to joining Olivarez Madruga Lemieux O’Neill, Ms. Scharf worked at the California Office of the Attorney General. As a Special Deputy Attorney General with the Office’s Land Law Section, she worked on CEQA and other land use litigation matters involving public agency clients. Ms. Scharf also worked as an associate attorney for a mid-sized litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in consumer protection litigation.
Ms. Scharf received her Juris Doctor with a specialization in Environmental Law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, she worked for the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, Earthjustice and the California Office of the Attorney General, Natural Resources Law Section.
