Manuel D. Serpa
Additionally, Mr. Serpa has over twenty years of experience in administrative law, regulatory analysis, compliance and ethics, and federal appellate practice. He has performed hundreds of administrative hearings and represented numerous plaintiffs in every district of the United States District Court of California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Serpa has presented many continuing legal education lectures on practice-related topics such as the cross-examination of experts, the protection of the record for appeal, and public contracting.
He graduated from Pepperdine School of Law and is admitted to practice in California. His undergraduate degree is in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and an active member of the American Bar Association’s Center for Professional Responsibility and the ABA’s State and Local Government Law Group.
