Manuel D. Serpa
Manuel D. Serpa has over twenty years’ experience in administrative law, regulatory analysis, compliance and ethics, and federal appellate practice. He has performed hundreds of administrative hearings and represented numerous plaintiffs in every California district of the United States District Court and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Serpa has presented continuing legal education lectures on a wide range of practice topics, including the cross-examination of experts and protection of the record for appeal. He graduated from Pepperdine School of Law in 1994 and is admitted to practice in California. He has a B.S. degree in Communications from the University of Texas. He is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
