Ms. Burnet’s practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of Litigation, Construction Law, Municipal Law, and Labor and Employment Law. Before joining OMLO, she worked in private practice as a civil litigator, handling a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction, and probate matters, including representing clients in federal and state court litigation. Ms. Burnet also has experience in appellate law, contract disputes, and insurance bad faith litigation. In 2020, she achieved a settlement listed in the Top Verdicts “Top 50 Labor & Employment Settlements in California.”
