Carolina Velazquez is an Associate with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, serving in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Velazquez worked as an administrator for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 2005, which represents over 90,000 healthcare workers across California. Her experience in Labor informs her understanding of labor relations, employee disputes, and grievance processes, which she brings to her legal practice.
While in law school, Ms. Velazquez volunteered with the Immigration Clinic, where she assisted asylum seekers with their applications and provided translation and advisory support to clients navigating complex immigration matters.
