Eryk R. Escobar is a Senior Associate at Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP and is part of the Litigation Practice Group.
Eryk is a skilled litigator with experience conducting in-depth investigations, crafting litigation strategy, and counseling clients. Prior to joining OMLO, Eryk served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted complex financial crimes. His years as a civil servant included litigating cases as an Assistant United States Trustee with the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee Program and as an Assistant Chief Counsel with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
