George E. Ordonez is Of Counsel to Olivarez Madruga Law Organization LLP and brings to the firm his extensive experience practicing in public entity employment law and tort defense litigation.
Mr. Ordonez is responsible for handling all aspects of litigation. He has practiced at highly respected small law firms in Southern California, handling caseloads from inception to resolution, and has been the lead handling attorney on numerous cases involving various areas, including, but not limited to, employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation, tort litigation, wrongful death, premises liability, and ADA accessibility.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ordonez successfully represented Fortune 500 companies and public entity clients in obtaining summary judgments, securing favorable settlements, and contributing to achievement of favorable judgments at trial. He has prepared appellate briefs, engaged in oral arguments before the California State Court of Appeals, taken and defended depositions, participated in mediations to resolution, and provided counsel to clients.
