Professional Experience

Tania Ochoa is a Partner with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP, with a practice emphasis in litigation on behalf of public entities and private clients. Ms. Ochoa’s litigation experience includes complex business matters involving real estate and contract disputes, personal injury, premises liability, civil rights violations, employment, land use, and code enforcement.

Ms. Ochoa has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation and has achieved successful resolution through mediation, arbitration, dispositive motions and in appellate courts. She also served as legal counsel to personnel commissions by conducting appeal and grievance hearings involving an array of employment matters.
