Daniel Infuso is an Associate with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP serving as part of the Litigation Practice Group. He graduated from California Lutheran University in 2014, where he made the Dean’s List. He went on to attend law school at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he was a winner of the renowned Trial Advocacy Competition, and was admitted to practice law in California since 2019.
With extensive litigation experience, Daniel has secured over 75 verdicts in various California courts, representing a wide range of clients on complex and sensitive matters. His municipal clients include the City of Baldwin Park, City of Inglewood, City of Los Angeles, and the West Valley Water District. He has also represented school districts such as LAUSD and SAUSD, corporations like ServPro, and has handled cases involving major corporations such as Mercedes-Benz, Modelo, Target, WingStop, Costco, PepBoys, and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). His practice areas span Education, Employment, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Abuse and Harassment.
Known for his zealous and relentless advocacy, Daniel is licensed to practice law in California’s Superior and Federal District courts and is certified to practice in dependency and family courts.
