H. Jack Darbinyan is an Associate with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP, serving as part of the firm’s litigation practice group.
Mr. Darbinyan’s experience includes handling cases in state court and arbitration, representing automobile retailers in federal franchise litigation, and providing counsel to employers on litigation avoidance strategies. Mr. Darbinyan’s expertise also encompasses advising on employment policies such as conditional employment offers, meal and rest breaks, and reimbursement policies for cell phone and data usage. Additionally, he is skilled in drafting severance agreements, guiding clients through employee terminations, and advising on employee handbooks.
Prior to joining Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP, Mr. Darbinyan was an associate with an employment litigation firm representing Fortune 500 companies in single plaintiff disability discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination matters.
