Professional Experience
Rodolfo Estrada is Senior Counsel with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization LLP. Mr. Estrada has worked extensively in the area of education law. Mr. Estrada’s education law experience includes the intersection of education and disability law, the development and implementation of school policies and procedures, special education disputes, and presenting and simplifying complex legal material for diverse audiences, including parents, regional center staff, and district personnel. Most recently before joining OMLO, Mr. Estrada ran a 20-site special-education-focused training program at a legal services nonprofit. Mr. Estrada now assists school districts as they address and resolve education disputes.
