Professional Experience

Chelsea Scharf is an Associate with Olivarez Madruga Lemieux O’Neill, LLP. Her practice focuses on municipal law and water law. She provides litigation and transactional services to water districts, cities, and other public entities.

Prior to joining Olivarez Madruga Lemieux O’Neill, LLP, Ms. Scharf worked at the California Office of the Attorney General. As a Special Deputy Attorney General with the Office’s Land Law Section, she worked on CEQA and other land use litigation matters for public entity clients. Ms. Scharf also previously worked in private practice where she specialized in consumer protection litigation.
