Professional Experience

Sean Lahey is an Associate with Olivarez and Madruga Law Organization, LLP serving as part of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Lahey represents public entities, including school districts, against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. His experience includes drafting motions throughout all stages of litigation, including trial briefs, motions in limine, demurrers, opposition to motion to appoint receiver, and motions to compel. Mr. Lahey successfully appealed a Board of Veterans appeal on behalf of a veteran with a right ankle disability and also drafted several demand letters in first party uninsured motorist cases that led to favorable settlements. Sean spends his spare time surfing, playing the guitar, and writing music.
