Tina Steck is Of Counsel with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization LLP, and part of the firm’s municipal law practice group.
Prior to joining OMLO, Tina served as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County DA’s office, prosecuting felony cases at all stages. She also worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C., prosecuting white-collar crimes with the Environmental Crimes Section of the Environment & Natural Resources Di-vision and defending major toxic tort cases with the FTCA Litigation Section of the Civil Division.
In the nonprofit area, Tina currently serves on the Board of Directors of a Los Angeles-based legal services organization that advocates for the education rights of underserved children and their families. In New York City she volunteered with CASA as a foster youth advocate and an education tutor for formerly incarcerated adults.
As a student-athlete alumna of Columbia University in New York, Tina gives back as a member of the Athletic Leadership Committee and Women’s Leadership Council, and was recognized in 2019 with the Varsity C Alumni Award.
