Professional Experience

Bodine pursued his legal studies at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He then attended Southwestern School of Law, acquiring a Master of Laws degree, during which he served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Roy L. Paul. In this role, he gained substantial experience in civil matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, child custody and spousal support cases, and personal injury cases.

Prior to joining OMLO, Bodine began his legal career in 2019 as a criminal defense attorney, serving as a public defender in Placer County, Northern California. Following his relocation to Southern California in 2023, he transitioned to civil litigation, concentrating on representing Plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

Now, embracing his inherent dedication to client advocacy, Bodine serves as an Associate in OMLO’s litigation practice group, where he provides strategic support and representation.
