Prior to joining OMLO, Ms. Preisler practiced cannabis regulatory and corporate law, representing commercial cannabis businesses throughout the State of California. She has significant experience navigating local and state cannabis licensing application processes, handling all aspects of cannabis business and real estate transactions, and serving as external general counsel for commercial cannabis businesses.
